Business Listing Agreement
Effective Date: 1 January 2024
Introduction
Welcome to https://mypaarl.co.za, the platform connecting users with businesses. Thank you for expressing interest in listing your business! We’re excited to collaborate with businesses that bring uniqueness and quality to our platform and invite you to apply to become part of our growing community by following this link: List Your Business.
When approved, this Business Listing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between MyPaarl, hereinafter referred to as “Platform,” and your business, hereinafter referred to as “Business,” collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
Listing Approval
The Platform reserves the right to accept or reject any business listing application at its sole discretion. The Business acknowledges that inclusion on the Platform is subject to approval. Should the application be successful, the listing will not be published until all necessary requirements, including but not limited to photos, descriptions, and business information, are received and deemed satisfactory by the Platform. The Platform retains the right to determine the position and under which category the listing will be placed on the Platform. The Platform will communicate the specific requirements to the Business upon acceptance of the application.
Listing Requirements
- High-Quality Photos: Submit between 1 and 8 high-resolution photos showcasing your business, product, or service. While we retain the right to choose which photos to use, we appreciate diverse images that highlight the essence of your offering. We may request different photos if necessary for optimal presentation on the platform.
- Description: Provide a compelling description of your business, product, or service. The description should be concise, not exceeding 500 characters, and should captivate potential customers.
- Contact Details: Include accurate contact details for your business. While we respect your privacy, we reserve the right to choose which contact information to display on the platform for user inquiries.
- Website or Social Media Links: If applicable, provide links to your business website or social media profiles. These links offer users additional insights into your brand.
We value your understanding that, while we strive to showcase your business effectively, the selection and use of photos, as well as the display of contact details, are at the discretion of MyPaarl.
Listing Removal
The Platform retains the right to remove any business listing without prior notice or explanation. Reasons for removal may include but are not limited to: violation of Platform policies, inaccurate information, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the Platform.
Payment Terms
Business agrees to make payments for the selected listing package in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in the removal of the listing from the Platform.
Listing Content
Business is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided for the listing. The Platform is not responsible for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations.
Platform Discretion
The Platform may, at its discretion, modify the appearance, layout, or placement of listings to optimize user experience.
Marketing Permissions
The Business grants the Platform the right to market and promote both the Platform and the businesses listed thereon through various channels. This includes but is not limited to online platforms, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels deemed necessary by the Platform. The Business acknowledges that such marketing efforts aim to enhance the visibility and reach of the Platform and the businesses listed therein.
Termination
Either Party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments shall be settled, and the listing will be promptly removed from the Platform.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
By submitting your application to list your business on MyPaarl, the Parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Business Listing Agreement.
